Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time The above reason is untrue This Customer never asked us to take a TV and after this cancellation popped up we contacted her and she texted back saying it was not for the cancellation reason she put in. In fact she cancelled only because her family friends can move her for half the cost.
We have text messages from her stating this fact that we will send you.
