The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time In addition, to not showing up by last Wednesday, this person has not responded to several texts and has virtually disappeared. Horrible USHIP experience. USHIP should have a monetary penalty for shippers who do this. This carrier cost me 2 weeks during the holidays, unforgivable. 14 trucks? Not believable.

Very unpleasant experience! Response from here2therenow: The 4 items for transport was delivered a month ago with no issues or problems. You asked me to pick up an item from an auction house off uship which I had to cancel because of the death of a dear lifetime friend....I did not realize the auction house was closed over the weekend, but it is not acceptable to go back and give me negative feedback on a uship load from a month ago that was delivered to everyone’s satisfaction....I believe uship tried to reach out to you about this??
