A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I neglected to consider an existing commitment that will make it impossible to honor the agreed pick up window for the shipment.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I explained to customer that we could pick up after the Christmas holiday. Store hours changed due to the holiday and they were closed when I arrived to pick up 2 days before Christmas. Customer stated he understood and it was ok to pick up after Christmas.

This is a lie. We were not closed two days before Xmas. Kelton did not show up twice. We did not say it was ok to pick up after Xmas. Cancelations are a reflection on the carrier, not the sender. Very disappointing process.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Carrier showed up alone. Complained “too big” , yet measurements pictures and accurate weight were clearly listed. Cavalier about cancelation. Called me cheap and and left. Behavior not becoming a USHIP carrier.
