The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We admit we were late; however that is not the reason for cancellation. Driver arrived at the customer location to pick up the item and informed me that the item was not as described and was much heavier than the 100lbs indicated. In addition, the shop is cluttered and would take much time and man power to rearrange items just to remove the item. Sorry it didn't work out.

This is the second time this company showed up at my showroom late. In addition, the first time, when they actually did pick up the item, they badly damaged the goods and the table arrived in pieces. The attitude of the carrier was extremely bad!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved We just talked 2 days ago and I was going to come yesterday. I had a few hour delay in So Cal that slowed me down. The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services We have giant trucks come into our alley delivering whole rooms of giant furniture all the time. To say their truck did not have clearance in our alley is ridiculous! We also have a huge front door with street access. The carrier claimed that their truck was not big enough. They left without telling me what was going on and then lied about why they couldn't pick up. The situation is terrible. Not happy at all with this experience!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I should not have to pay anything. The carrier did not keep his commitment to pick it up today. A great deal of preparation went into getting the property ready for pick up. He was unapologetic.he requested to pick up next week instead, which I agreed as long as he didn't do the same thing again. He immediately said, I'm just going to cancel. I should not be penalized. If the shipper lacks such integrity, I agree that I should be linked with another shipper but I should not be charged a fee,
