The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I checked mirror and weight was not consistent with add, including a text received from customerafter. I informed the customer that I canceled and that item was over weight. "You never touched the mirror. We just reweighed it. It's spot on. Shame on you for being such a liar."
