When the majority of your reviews are positive and encouraging. You get that one review here and there out of 100s that is negative and unappealing. This typically happens when you are dealing with a shipper that is very demanding and wants their shipment to be the only one that matters. Randy, we appreciate your business and totally understand that your experience with us didn't match what most of our customer's have experienced. I went out of my way to make this delivery for Randy delivered with no damages with in two weeks after picking up and then he write a bad review he doesn't care if you did a good job on delivery carried it in put it where the customer wanted it I would never help this guy out again Response from Randy E.: This feedback tells you a lot about the carrier. The carrier failed to respond to emails. texts, phone calls for days at a time. Showed up three weeks late then hung around LA for a week to "get more jobs" This was literally the 14th time we used him over three years and this time he used the same lies as he did two months ago. Finally and at long last we cut him loose. He also called with threats after we left him feedback so watch out.
