We did apologize but if that part was more delicate, it needed to be packaged better by the shipper or atleast somehow communicated to us. We have transported numerous delicate antiques and not one has been damaged as you can see from our reviews.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Not only 3 days late then the driver came alone and claimed to the item weighs 400 pounds which is totally ridiculous.

Showed up at a later date as agreed upon by the customer. Upon arriving driver identified the fact that the proposed accepted contract was in default depedingin upon weight classified when giving quote. Original quote state 1001bs which would inquire capacity of one worker. When driver was at location, and identified actual weight, it was in excess of 300 pounds requiring additional labor. If said item was infact the 100lbs quoted price, there would have been no difficulty for one worker.
