I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I would pick these up this Thursday and they are due for pick up this week. I got no calls or texts from this guy. I’m not even sure why he wants to cancel. It would make it to MD by August 2nd, too...

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This carrier did not pick up in time. The recipient indicated up front that this was a time sensitive delivery. They are now Several days late to pick up, I cannot wait. Please cancel. I might give this carrier a chance another time but since this is such a time sensitive delivery we are unable to continue to wait.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The carrier showed up 7 days late, was belligerent on the phone every time we asked for a pickup status update, then showed up alone to move a huge armoire and suggested that we load it for him because he just had heart surgery and he can't move anything. then claimed the item was too tall for his truck. The measurements and photos were in the listing. Also, sideways it would have easily fit. All in all a terrible experience and not a professional representation for USHIP.
