YOU’RE IN CONTROL WITH USHIP PAYMENTS
Shipping payment is processed through uShip Payments, our secure, cashless, online payment system. This service lets you charge 100% of your shipment to your credit card at booking. Those funds then stay secure until you authorize release of payment to your provider on delivery.
STEP 1: PREPAY AT BOOKING
Simply enter your payment info when you book the shipment. We’ll charge your credit card and then keep your funds secure.
STEP 2: RECEIVE A PAYMENT CODE
Once you’ve prepaid in full for your shipment, you’ll receive a payment code in your confirmation email. Keep this code handy. You can also find it at the top of your shipment listing.
STEP 3: RELEASE PAYMENT AT DELIVERY
Give the payment code to your service provider when you receive delivery confirmation. This will release the payment and complete the transaction.
NOTE: For shipping transactions over $2750, an upfront deposit will be required and payment terms will be at the service provider’s discretion.
