Boat is on a triple axle trailer rated at 18,000 pounds with electric over hydraulic brakes on each axle. I'm expecting it would be much more cost effective for an insured, commercial operator with a one ton dually.
9-18-2013 UPDATE
Flew to Tucson today, and boat transaction is now complete.
Please note slight dimensional changes now that I've been on the boat listed above. Also to note - the custom to it trailer is a steel VIP brand trailer. Guesstimating the thing weighs 3500-4000 pounds and it's 38/39' in length. This is a very sizable set-up.
So here's the deal:
Not looking for the rock bottom cheapest , I'm looking for.........
1. Someone with the right truck. Definitely needs to be DRW's and a one ton minimum.
2. I want it picked up this Monday.
3. I want someone with previous experience towing a set-up like mine.
4. I want someone properly licensed and insured.
5. I want someone that will do this the right way.
This isn't a one shot deal, the boat will be transported to and from Lake Powell twice per year, so want to find someone I can count on for some time.
