This is an amphibious vehicle with retractable wheels so can be transported on a conventional boat trailer or can be driven onto a flatbed/tilt-top trailer or theoretically into a cargo van/shipping container. (If necessary, we may be able to deflate the tubes in order to make it slightly narrower in order to fit into a standard cargo van/shipping container.) The destination -- Friday Harbor, Washington -- is on San Juan Island which is serviced by a car ferry operated by the state; this is an additional cost and reservations need to be made in advance. Alternately, I could pick the boat up at a nearby port such as the Port of Seattle or in Anacortes, Washington, which is where the ferry to San Juan departs from.
