The houseboat is currently docked at Lakefront Marina in in Clearlake, CA which has a launching ramp. Height and weight are approximate. Destination is approx 5miles south on Hwy 29 with no overhead wires or bridges en route. Route is mostly flat or slight grade. destination is flat. Cost for off loading houseboat should be included in bid. We will consider lease of trailer to store boat outside for a period of 6 months to a year.
