This is a steel hulled houseboat. The bottom is fairly flat and comes to a shallow V at the centerline for its keel (2nd pic). It is only 2 1/2 ft from the brown waterline to the bottom edge. It shouldn't require special care or treatment. It is in a marina easy to get into and out of as will be the destination - land to land transport, not putting in water. No rush over next couple months - want the best price based on availability.
