The height is between 13 and 14' with the houseboat on the trailer. The boat is 35' long and with the trailer tongue, the total length is probably about 38'. Dry weight of the boat only is 5300 pounds. With the boat on the tri-axle trailer it is expected to be approximately 8500 pounds. The shipping cost is a factor in the purchase of the boat.
