The guys were PHENOMENAL! Super professional, great communication and took awesome care of an expensive piece of furniture. My client could not have been happier, and neither could I! They are absolute keepers and deserve FIVE STARS!!!

What can I say? Russell is the BEST. Professional, incredible communication, took great care of my client's expensive furniture and the best part? He has INTEGRITY....an honest businessman. He bends over backwards for his customers and redefines the word RELIABLE in the best possible way. You cannot go wrong booking with him, for sure. They specialize in furniture and as a furniture broker, it was a perfect fit. I knew that I could trust them with my client's expensive pieces. Incredible communication, super professional, wrapped this expensive bed with utmost care, and went the distance (and beyond) for my customers and me. Karen is a uship pro and it shows. She is super organized and professional. She's laid back and can make things happen like a late delivery if needed. I cant wait to provide service for again. Her husband is super handy as well. They make a great team and are on top of shipping. Wish all of our clients were easy to get along with like they are.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I am already in communication with Uship over Lee. Once again, he is no where to be found, does not answer calls or emails. I even offered to have another shipper pick up from him. I am planning to file a police report for stolen goods at this time, as my client paid $5200 for this bedroom set.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider This shipper is currently suspended from Uship and did not show up at the agreed upon day and time.
