The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Our service provider flaked out and told us today that he would not pickup the shipment (for what ever reason). We had several questions back and forth with him. He accepted all of our questions and bid on the job. We accepted the bid and proceeded to setup schedule. Today he reached out and said that he could not pickup up the items, even though we accurately represented what was there (size, weight and description). Now we are under the gun because the items need to be out of the house by Response from carmzman1: Customer did not list the items to be moved accurately. The dimensions and weights were wrong which would change the price even if I could have fit the items. I called the customer to discuss the wroding above and she said she would get it changed, however I know that they are on a deadline so I approved the cancelation so they could get the items relisted and moved on time. I REPEAT THEY WERE NOT LISTED CORRECTLY AND THE CUSTOMER UNDERSTOOD AND ACKNOWLEDED THAT.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I see that if I accept cancellation for something that is not my fault, that I am penalized 10% of m total and part of the listing fee. I should not be penalized when this is not my fault and is the fault of the service provider who had an accident and can no longer full fill his part of the agreement. Please let me know if 100% of my payments will be refunded.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have not receive any response from this shipper. Response from carmzman1: I tried to contact this sender many times, and got no response

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After waiting for a month, including constant rescheduling, this provider has suddenly cancelled. He sent me an email this morning indicating he could pick up either late tonight or tomorrow (this is after repeated attempts to secure scheduling information). I emailed stating tonight would be preferable as the parties involved would be at work until 4:30 tomorrow when he cancelled. He didn't give me a chance to see if we could get someone there to open the apartment--just cancelled. Response from carmzman1: Some of that is true but most of it is not. After she started screaming I knew I did not want to touch this one with a 20' pole.
