Karen is a uship pro and it shows. She is super organized and professional. She's laid back and can make things happen like a late delivery if needed. I cant wait to provide service for again. Her husband is super handy as well. They make a great team and are on top of shipping. Wish all of our clients were easy to get along with like they are.

I have to split this review into 2 parts. The brokers that booked through Home Direct were victims just like I was....they entrusted their clients and their shipments to HomeDirect, not expecting anything other than excellent service and care. They have had to pick up the pieces of the mess that HomeDirect left behind...they are good people and did not deserve this. Now the HomeDirect review...DO NOT ENTRUST ANY OF YOUR ITEMS TO THIS COMPANY. 3 separate truckloads destroyed plus more! GOOGLE!
