The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time KC Shipper DOES NOT communicate via phone! I requested 5x's to speak on phone & KC never called! I found out day-1 that armoire was located in person's barn, 5 mins from the entered home address.I texted KC I wish to speak w him about very close change to pickup address.KC texted bk,not to call him bec he was leaving office.Again,refusal to speak.Instead of trying to reach me nxt a.m. to clarify the 4-6pm pickup,KC sent me cancellation at 5:00am,leaving me STRANDED, stating didnot have address. Response from KCMOVERS: Im sorry but this customer is totally false in what she is saying.
We called this client 4 times with no response and sent many, many emails with no response.
Finally, at 11pm the night before shipment is due to be picked up, she sends a text message saying she will send a new address right over.
By 9am the next morning, still no address and we were forced to cancel the job.
We have to know where we are going.
As one can see from our feedback, we have Never had this happen.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The destination building has strict requirements for certificate of liability insurance, which has to be reviewed and approved prior to moving date. This moving company is not able to provide the specific document that is required. Response from KCMOVERS: We carry standard million-dollar liability insurance.
Dave did not put in his listing that the building require 5 million dollars of insurance in 5 different catagories.
Therefore, we cannot do the move.
99.9% of realty buildings accept million-dollar liability.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment KC movers notified me that they are not able to ship my item due to a blizzard last month. I have e-mailed them a couple of times to try and arrange an alternative time, but have not received any response.
