The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper was supposed to pick up cats on March 13-14. Shippers wife called the 12th wanting to meet in Indiana on side of highway in the middle of the night, either 1am or 5am. Advised her this would not work for my sister in Indiana. I then sent an email to reschedule and was told to call Max, which I did. He said he could not pick up the cats until April 8th, (today), and would let me know if something came available sooner. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipping company forgot to pick up my horse when scheduled. Tried to rescedule and they still didnt make pickup on the days specified. Then I left for the holidays and he text me wanting to know if he could pick him up in a couple of days. No one was home at a time not previously agreed on. Response from greenridge: customer had accepted bid after we had already left for the haul and we didn't realize we had their horse to pick up until we were already past their area. Spoke with customer told them we would be there first half of the week called her on Tuesday to arrange pick up for that day and she had stated she was out of town for the holidays and would reschedule.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I accepted the bid from green ridge and they were supposed to pick up two miniature horses, a 33" mare and her 4 month old colt on Aug. 14. I tried two days prior to shipment date to contact green ridge but I never got through. I left messages and emailed. Twice the wife answered and said she doesn't interfere with her husbands work and he would call me back, but he never did. The day the horses were supposed to be picked up I again couldn't reach them so I called the lady. With the horses and Response from greenridge: i called leaving messages and never was able to reach the horse owner. she did leave a message with my wife and when i tried calling her it was just voicemail again. im sorry but i booked this to help pay for a little fuel on a main haul and cannot sit and wait for a day or two when i have other horses to care for and move.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After the Bid was accepted the service provider said his truck broke down not being able to make the pick up as scheduled. The service provider then said he could do it another day and would coordinate it with the pickup party. The party was never contacted and I had to contact both to try and reorganize the pickup and drop off making me feel uneasy about using this provider to transport for me. Due to this cancelation I will lose 75% of the money that I paid to Uship and have to repost the add. Response from greenridge: This is absolutely false,I never had a truck broke down and you can see I did other hauls in her area the same week that I was to haul her horse. Few days after accepting the bid her husband called and said he already moved the horse and demanded I give his money back that they paid to paypal which I never recieved.When I declined to give him money out of my pocket,they wrote a bs excuse to USHIP blaming me to try and get their money back.As you can see they never reposted or shipped this horse

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved after contacting shipping provider we could not reach a pick up location that would benefit both of us and have decided to search out other providers that may be able to help. Response from greenridge: the customer stated they accepted the bid just to get my contact information so they could call on the phone. after speaking with them they stated the dog was three houres away from the stated pickup location. i kept my word and changed my schedule and still offered to ship for the same money even tho it would cost me in the end. they then called me back and stated that no one would be home to pick up the dog up from and would have to cancel. sorry we couldn't help you out
