I am a furniture broker and wish that I could keep Michael as my personal shipper for all orders, but I have to share him with the rest of the Ushippers! As usual, he did an incredible job with a china cabinet for one of my clients. He brought it almost 3,000 miles and it was delivered in prefect condition. His communication was awesome, and I was able to track him and sent status updates to my client. Super professional and I would recommend him to everyone and anyone! Thanks Michael!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I needed this shipment to be white glove from start to finish as requested in my listing. That included wrapping the item well to protect it. After I booked the service provider informed me that they do not wrap or carry blankets, even though their quote stated white glove. They needed my client (the seller of this piece of furniture) to wrap and that was not possible as he too was expecting full white glove.
