The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer had “4boxes”only as their title for the shipment. Our team went based off the title & distance when quoting. We jumped the gun booking this off of its Title. So I recommend Shippper, to put in title house hold items or something indicating not just boxes.. The items are 5-6ft dresser, mirror, night stands. Not just “Boxes” . Sorry once again on our team not reading your description. Response from Eric S.: Incorrect! The weights, dimensions, and description was listed with each item.
