The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Cancelled one hour before pick-up! Very unprofessional. I find last minute cancellations on Uship to be normal protocol. I want 100% refunded on this shipment. A week has gone by waiting for this carrier to pick up and I will have no choice but to find an express shipment service and pay a premium to take care of my customer in a timely manner this week. Very frustrated and unhappy. Response from mtnmendel: We were very sorry for this cancellation. But the driver on this route had a family death. Once again we do apologize.
