I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Customer did not respond to communication asking when she would prefer pick up. After saying that her hours were flexible I asked her what day would be better and told her what days I could be there and received no response. So I waited.

This is a lie! I am very responsive. The shipper WAS NOT mindful of my dates and DID NOT show up within my timeframe for pick up. A total FLAKE!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Once me and customer call Diane form customer that I can pick up package like I quoted either Thursday or Friday what's Court was approved customer told me I can pick up package Thursday or Friday as long as it's in between 5 a.m. and 1 p.m. I advised customer I will be picking it up on Thursday so I can deliver it Thursday night because I do have one more stop in Strawberry Arizona that is on the way to Gallup New Mexico and then from there I'm heading to Colorado but once I came to pick up pac

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Cancelled one hour before pick-up! Very unprofessional. I find last minute cancellations on Uship to be normal protocol. I want 100% refunded on this shipment. A week has gone by waiting for this carrier to pick up and I will have no choice but to find an express shipment service and pay a premium to take care of my customer in a timely manner this week. Very frustrated and unhappy.
