Delivered two days late. Yelled repeatedly at my customer while representing my company while I was on the phone pleading for him to stop.

How we two days late when we couldn't reach your customer? We're not going to drive over 2,000 miles away without any confirmation. We informed you that we haven't been able to reach your customer via text or calls and you reached out to them and had them contact us the next day. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider notified me on Monday 11/20/23 that he will not pick up the shipment on the agreed-upon date on 11/20/23. He also notified me that he knew a couple of days ago but he did not communicate that to me when he knew so that I could scramble and locate another driver. I will now miss my commitment to my customer due to no communication from the service provider.
