The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Driver Said in quote questions they would pick up Thursday with No Problem. The driver did not show up Thursday as committed. The driver also does not respond to email or phone number provided in uship.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have tried calling from three different numbers, tried texting, and sent emails. No response to any of them.

Delivered two days late. Yelled repeatedly at my customer while representing my company while I was on the phone pleading for him to stop. Response from ExcelTransports: How we two days late when we couldn't reach your customer? We're not going to drive over 2,000 miles away without any confirmation. We informed you that we haven't been able to reach your customer via text or calls and you reached out to them and had them contact us the next day. And your customer was being a Karen and rude to our driver as soon as he arrived. But thank your business. Have a nice day.

Great Experience with this service provider

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider notified me on Monday 11/20/23 that he will not pick up the shipment on the agreed-upon date on 11/20/23. He also notified me that he knew a couple of days ago but he did not communicate that to me when he knew so that I could scramble and locate another driver. I will now miss my commitment to my customer due to no communication from the service provider.
