The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider accepted my offer (3 times) for my listing and I accepted after Q & A. Their phone number is incorrect on uship. Once uship helped me get in touch with him, he said he doesn't want to do it anymore.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I specifically asked this service provider if they would pick up on Wednesday, and accepted their offer based on their response of Yes. Wednesday they did not show up and then said now they are not picking up. This seems to be a broker or dispatcher that does not know where the trucks are and what the plan is. Communication is not good either. I would avoid this service provider.
