The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment good communicator. Had trailer damage the morning of pickup and could not take the shipment.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider made many promises and guarantees. They no-showed me on the first promised pickup day and time. Then promised a new pickup day and time and they no-showed me again. Then I called and texted all day and they will not respond to any form of communication. I do not recommend using this service provider. Poor communication, empty promises and guarantees, and multiple no-shows.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The driver did not show up on the agreed-upon date. The driver did not notify me they were not showing up on the agreed-upon date. The driver will not answer my phone calls, or return my phone calls and voicemails. There is very MINIMAL response via text. I am not comfortable using this driver at this point due to no show, no call, and virtually no communication. I can not risk him not showing up and then not meeting my delivery commitments.
