I did not show up at agreed upon date and time This carrier totally blew off my delivery and didn't let me know until the last minute (week of Christmas). He did not communicate with me or return my calls, and the only way I got in touch with him is because I think he mistakenly answered the phone because he had been sleeping (not on the road at all he said). He didn't offer me a new pick up time or anything as far as meeting his commitment.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I misunderstood the listing and thought the carrier could deliver before Christmas.
