They were delayed 5 different times (about 2 weeks on pickup). Their original bid stated they would be picking the item on the 7th or 8th. I called them on the 7th and they stated it would be this weekend. I contacted them friday. They said Tuesday morning. I called Tuesday. They said Wednesday. Not once did they contact me. Then on delivery, they gave the customer a 2 minute warning for delivery. This forced them to leave the $2,000 buffet outside in the snow and didnt get the BOL signed.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After I accepted their bid, they immediately let me know they were unable to meet the time frame of the bid. I was forced to accept the delay. Now, weeks later they are a no show. Wont return multiple phone calls, emails, or texts to even let me know what is happening. My customer is upset and I may lose business because I trusted them. Do not do business with them.

This is our third shipment with Transport Pros. Transport Pros delivered a Baby Grand Piano from Texas to North Carolina. The piano arrived in excellent condition and delivery was made on schedule. They also coordinated with a Piano Company to reassemble and set up the piano in the customers home. Highly recommend!
