After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider This is the email we received an hour before he was supposed to pick it up. Putting us in a hard position with our customer and unnecessary delay."My apologies for doing this to you last minute, but I just realized it's raining. After thinking about this more, I don't want to take a chance in an open vehicle. I never should have accepted the bid. once again, my apologies for any inconvenience. I should have acted more like a professional and I did not."
