Carrier did a great job packing, communicating, and delivering my items. Unfortunately, he failed to get the BOL signed. This leaves us both open to liability, this caused a two day delay in his payment because I needed to confirm what the BOL would have. He then called an innocent third party and blamed them for his inability to complete the job.

Great communication and care of items

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time DO NOT USE. The carrier gave me a 30-minute heads up that he was about to be there. It was late on a saturday night on a listing that stated during normal business hours. This was after he ignored my eta question days prior. He stated that he had notified me in the bid it would be on that Saturday, I showed him the screenshot showing that was a lie. He then tried to charge me an additional $200 outside of uship. He then resorted to name calling after I stated if he simply could have communicated
