A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I reached out early in the transport trying to establish a pick up time as the item was on my route. Seller reached out days after I had passed the point of pick up and at that point they were out of route. I tried to see if none of my guys could pick up these chairs in a timely manner. However, they all drive smaller set ups and the routing would have the chairs on the trailer for an extended period of time. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We sent an email requesting an update on pickup on the next last day after waiting since Feb 3rd when it was scheduled for pickup. The carrier did not bother to update us and just left us hanging with the customer expecting pick up and just cancelled after we waited since Feb 3rd, one week ,now we have to relist to get a "responsible" shipper.
