The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper has refused to return my phone calls and or answer my emails. The shipment was supposed to be picked up Saturday or Sunday and be delivered by tomorrow. This kind of bidder should be banned from bidding on shipments that he does not have to decency even to return phone calls and cancel or say there is a problem.

The shipment was a month later than promised. She showed up with a trailer that was to small for the shipment and had to return the next day. When she did she did not have enough blankets to wrap the remaining chairs not even enough for half. We wrapped them with our own materials. The first day she wrapped them in sheets not blankets so it is a miracle that they arrived undamaged. The second day I stepped away from her trailer to use the bathroom and when I returned she had locked the trailer.

This shipper doesn't tell the entire story. His customer caused the first delay because she had a funeral. The second delay was due to weather. The receiver was completely satisfied with delivery. This shipper and I disagreed on packing. He did not want any of the furniture to touch, which was impossible. Everything fit in my truck and trailer. Shipper leaves negative feedback three months later in retaliation for suggesting he require special handling next time. He doesn't trust women drivers.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Supposed to show up on Monday and I had sent him multiple questions telling him how important it was to be punctual and he GUARANTEED me that he would be there on time 1PM. He cancelled then said Wednesday then cancelled said Friday then cancelled and said Monday. After I stressed to him in 4 different emails how important this was. Dishonest and an absolute flake. Do not use this man you will regret it. Absolutely untrustworthy and communication stinks. Whatever his reply is false excuse

Broke china cabinet and was supposed to pay for it with his 100% insurance. Will not return calls and and provided inept service. Stay clear completely
