Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward So sorry for the mixup. We had trouble with the schedule for that area. If we are given the opportunity to complete the transport we would be more than happy to do so. Again we apologize for the inconvenience we have caused. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer My approval rating by clients I served is absolutely stellar. The trip that goes west to pick up your armoire has not been done yet I have to replace my trailer. My tech support is also stellar. And no I do not pick up when I drive nor after 8:00 p.m. best wishes.

This dude is a complete hack. He told me he had repaired his trailer and that he was in Pa and would be in Ohio a day later. He even complained about the winds. Now all the sudden he never left and his trailer is broken. Disgraceful

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Carrier wanted to pickup the shipment from our business at midnight. When midnight wasn't an option he suggested 4am. When that didn't work he suggested after business hours the following evening. In short not very practical
