The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Yesterday, I submitted my bid which was accepted for a post that listed pick up from OH and drop off in Ruston, WA. However, this morning, just before I was about to start driving, I noticed in the description that there was a different stop 230 miles away from the Ruston drop off. The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services BCAT Logistics did a very poor job of communicating. The driver stopped by our shop to look at the piece, did not take it and said they would be back. Dispatcher proclaimed they would be back the next week to pickup. Did not answer phone calls or text messages and then randomly cancelled the shipment. A very disappointing experience.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I was wary about using this service provider before booking and my instincts have been proven correct. Kenneth is shady and dishonest. If you go through his feedbacks you'll find cancellations every few shipments. He does not cancel them himself because if he did his account would be terminated. Instead he runs the course not informing people and waiting until they are frustrated enough to cancel their shipment. If you call him he likely won't answer his phone and might text you back an ex
