The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped We were scheduled to pickup the chair on 2/27/24 according to the phone conversation we had The shipper gave the shipment to someone else without consulting us Not only do I disapprove the cancellation I would like to start communications asking for compensation since we had this on our schedule and they gave it to another carrier

Then texted and said that the truck wasn't in the area until the following day. Haven't heard from since. Communication was poor and there was a bit of a language barrier
