The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Yesterday, I submitted my bid which was accepted for a post that listed pick up from OH and drop off in Ruston, WA. However, this morning, just before I was about to start driving, I noticed in the description that there was a different stop 230 miles away from the Ruston drop off. Realizing the discrepancy, I contacted the customer to explain that I could only accommodate the Ruston pick up. The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services BCAT Logistics did a very poor job of communicating. The driver stopped by our shop to look at the piece, did not take it and said they would be back. Dispatcher proclaimed they would be back the next week to pickup. Did not answer phone calls or text messages and then randomly cancelled the shipment. A very disappointing experience.
