The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer posted shipment from wallard Ohio to Dayton and this is misrepresented because the pickup point is actually Tennessee.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped We were scheduled to pickup the chair on 2/27/24 according to the phone conversation we had
The shipper gave the shipment to someone else without consulting us
Not only do I disapprove the cancellation I would like to start communications asking for compensation since we had this on our schedule and they gave it to another carrier
