Dining table and chair set are located in basement. The chairs are stacked in sets of 2 with three sets total. Table is discounted from base as reflected in the measurements

This table comes apart into the top and base. The top weighs a bit under 200lbs and is 78x48 inches. The base weighs under 100lbs. You will NEED at least two strong people to move this table. We will help you wrap and load up, and the table will be ready for you. But there will probably not be anyone to help you at drop-off. Easy pickup with easy parking, we will help you wrap and load up. 20 mins off I80 Dropoff will be at a building on the 21st floor. There will be a service entrance and a service elevator that can accommodate the table. However there will be no on site help for you. You NEED two people at least. It is also a requirement that you dropoff before the end of July. Non negotiable. If you're not confident you can make it, please don't put in a bid. Thanks and reach out with any questions

This item requires professional blanket wrapping. At delivery, there is someone to help unload. For pickup, two people preferred but there is some help available. ** Must be delivered by 7/17 for a party the next day** Pick up and drop off must be between 9am-6pm with 24 hour notice or location sharing. If the delivery is on Fri 7/18, it but be before 2pm. Top is removed and on a 30" H dolly for easier wrapping and transport. There is a structural piece attached to the base that will need to be removed and attached at delivery. Slabs must be transported vertically, following best practices. Pickup: Easy access with parking right in front of a large bay door for loading Dropoff: carry-in via freight elevator. Table must be set up in place with the assistance of the recipient.  

 

1st pic, two dressers. 2nd pic, 6 chairs, box with dining leaf extensions (back corner center), bedside stand (under desk to right). Dining table legs have been removed. I can be available to help lift things to truck. Given a days notice everything can be moved to garage for easier access!  

 

Please notify before pickup. Pickup is a business. 9-5 hours. M-F Outside of that can be arranged. Drop of is a residence and advanced notice of ETA (day/time) is needed as customer needs someone to meet you there.

~800 lbs from a 1b1b apartment: boxes, full-size mattress (~60 lb), coffee tables, armchair, and light furniture. No large appliances. Listed as 20 small & medium boxes (~20 lb each) for flexibility—may be fewer. Flexible pickup, delivery by Aug 8th. Prefer enclosed or covered transport for weather protection. Can assist with loading or pay extra if needed. Seeking affordable shared transport. Can be picked up any time during listed dates. Everything should fit into a 10~13ft cargo.  

Only the chairs needs to be pick up in Chicago. The two tables needs to be picked up in New Jersey. I will give the New Jersey adress when the transport is booked. Items are fragile so they need to be handled with care.
