The couch is in 3rd floor condo and does not fit in the elevator so it needs to come down the stairs. Its being delivered to a house and will be placed on main floor. Thank you for your consideration.  

Sectional is in 3 pieces. 8 ft sofa, armless chair and right arm loveseat. There are no stairs and easy access to door at pickup. No loading help at pick up but unloading help to garage at delivery. Probably able to use dolly to get it out. It really needs to be the 25 th - 27 th. I can inquire about later.  

Sectional & Sofa cannot be stacked on the truck. We will need loading & unloading.

You need at least 3 men to complete the delivery according to our customer, they had issues getting the piece inside with our current carrier, so we're hiring external movers to help them complete the delivery.  

Sofa is wrapped in plastic. Items in storage unit. Call day before pickup.  

The solid oak table includes 5 chairs. The second item is a sleeper sofa. Both items should be included with a separate listing for a piano, at the same residence.  

Headboard footboard , two nightstands, sofa with two chairs, small kitchen table with 4 chairs, bar cart

Weight is estimated. Its very easy to move w 2 people with average strength.  

This sofa is in pieces-2 side tables removed and base is separated from the upholstered part. One small chair also need to be picked up also.  

Sofa on second floor of business Delivery we do not need install. Just bring to front door of building
