Sofa is a U shape and comes in 3 pieces. They all fit through a standard door. Pick up is from a house. Delivery is to an apartment. The apartment building only allows deliveries between 830-330 monday-friday. They also require you to go through the basement (1 flight of stairs down) and then up the elevator. No COI needed on either end. You will need to find a parking spot at delivery as cops to ticket and we will NOT pay for a ticket if you get one!! Street cleaning ends at 12:30 pm on Tuesday and Friday on the closer (East) side of the street to the building, so getting to the apartment by around 12:15 will allow you to get a spot right in front and not get a ticket. (The other side of the street also fine and is Monday and Thursday ending at 12:30, just further).  

 

THIS SOFA IS TO BE PICKED UP AT A BUSINESS IN BELMONT, NC. THE BUSINESS IS OPEN 10AM - 6PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. THE SOFA IS TO BE DELIVERED TO A RESIDENCE IN A ONE STORY HOME. NO STEPS. DELIVERY MUST BE COMPLETED BY 5/26/2018. NO EXCEPTIONS

This listing is for 3 deliveries to different homes. Flexible pick up and delivery. The 1 chair goes to Chula Vista CA, then big sofa and coffee table to Tucson and 1 sofa by itself to Scottsdale. We will help load the items and you will have help to unload. The sofa are heavy. You can put them side by side and then put the chair and coffee table on top to reduce space. Driver needs to blanket wrap the items in full. Please bring more than a couple of blankets.  

 

This is a TWO person job-it is a sofa and cannot be moved without TWO people It is coming off the first floor and going to the second floor in Michigan  

This is light aluminum outdoor furniture and can be stacked within each other as the end tables will stack in sofa and ottoman in chair. There are glass pieces that go on the end tables.
