Absolutely no pickup trucks (unless enclosed), or flatbed trailers. - You must have stretch wrap and blankets and other needed supplies to protect furniture pieces during transit. - Delivery must be made by or before the latest delivery date via the uship listing credentials. No exceptions. - Our customers will need to be contacted at least 48 hours in advance of delivery with an ETA for delivery arrival. - Our customers must be contacted if there is a delay in delivery for any reason. - We will need to send our customers a booking confirmation containing your contact phone number and email.

Two piece sectional sofa needs delivery. Each piece is about 7 feet long. Please blanket wrap. It is in excellent condition.

Couch separates into two pieces. Longer section is sleeper sofa. bed frame disassembles (IKEA) and we can have it taken apart and ready to ship. Mirror is only other thing. Couch, Bed & Mirror.  

This sectional is 2 pieces. I would prefer a covered/closed truck so I don't have to worry about weather conditions.  

Call before you arrive and a day in advance. Sofa needs to be packaged professionally so it does not get damaged in shipping.

Commercial pickup, residential delivery, looking for great communication - will need to speak with customer in advance to arrange for delivery day and time that works for their schedule, white glove delivery with 2-man team at delivery (remove packaging, set up in customer's home, take away all packaging)  

 

Pickup Monday – Saturday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Delivery on weekdays during business hours.  

Enclosed, box truck, or sprinter van required. Experience hauling furniture. 2 people required for heavier items - it is never okay to request assistance for loading and unloading. Warehouse pickup and room of choice delivery with debris removal. Items are to remain in carton until delivery, do no unpack for transit. Driver is required to ask the customer if they would like to keep the original packaging in case they want to return item for full refund. Customers may be contacted via phone (NOT TEXT) between 7:30am-8:30pm per customer's time zone. Mark delivered for payment release. **Contact pickup/delivery locations within 24 hours of booking**. Please contact booking party if you are unable to reach the PICKUP location. Must make pickup appointment with warehouse **24 hrs** before arrival, or shipment will not be ready to go. Pickup hrs M-F, 9:30-3:30. Items will be delivered to a residence - do not call the resident unless you are trying to schedule a DELIVERY appointment. Schedule delivery appointment with customer **48 hrs in advance**. Carrier must provide a BOL at pickup. **NON-COMPLIANCE - failure to follow any requirement will result in removal from the program.**

Going in garage  

In-home pickup and delivery.BOX TRUCK REQUIRED **Must send proof of the signed BOL with a copy to the seller and buyer at pick up and delivery in order to have payment released - CONTACT USHIP PARTNER SUPPORT FOR PAYMENT INQUIRIES**. Most items require 2 people to properly handle. Please plan accordingly and bring help if needed. It is never acceptable to request assistance from the customer. All weights are estimated. Blanket wrap service and/or packing/crating (including all proper materials) is required for all items. All items must be transported in a box truck or enclosed trailer from pickup to delivery. Loading dock availability is unknown. You must contact the pickup and delivery locations at least 24 hours prior to arrival to confirm the arrival window (customers may be available sooner upon contact). Customers may be contacted between 7:30am-8:30pm based on the customer's time zone. White Glove delivery at delivery location, inside delivery, room of choice, removal of debris and light assembly if needed. If any of these conditions are not met - we will reconsider working together going forward. Contact uShip partner support for any questions.  

Items will need to be wrapped with “disposable blankets “ like Home Depot has as the blankets need to stay with furniture beyond the delivery location. Also need plastic wrapped to protect from rain. If cost effective we may have additional pieces such as a sofa, end table, carved pedestal, love seat, rocking horse. Pick-up and delivery flexible. Supplied dates as required but can be flexible. Don’t know weights of furniture so entered 1 lb to meet weight entry requirements on the form.
