Commercial pickup and delivery, looking for great communication  

As Listed- This is a small van-capable move: No bed, No sofa A couple of lightweight chairs, coffee table, 2 end tables, 2 stereo speakers, and few large cardboard boxes. Chairs are about 24"x24"x28" Tables are 24"x24"(small) 24"x46"(large) and 18" high Night stand is 22"x16"x22" Speakers are 14"x14"x24" also: a couple of large cardboard boxes, odds and ends. Apartment building has a freight elevator that goes directly to street level that will be available for the move. Moving van can stay at street level. Thanks  

The entire couch is plush, has no hard surfaces and no legs. It is the easiest sofa to transport. Just needs to be wrapped. Extremely light and stackable, even small children have been able to stack these couches in the past with ease. Then there is also a piano which I don't have a picture of but the dimensions are there, just needs to be wrapped. If you want to look it up its called Komplete S88

All pieces are packed and ready to go! Glass & metal cabinets in original cardboard packaging from manufacturer. Sofa is blanket wrapped and in a cardboard tray on the bottom.

One helper is available on either side of the shipment to help load and unload. White Glove needed. The sofa can be separated into two parts, so the width is about 3' wide when separated. One length is 71", and the other 87". Together, the long side is 107" and the 'L' is 87." Please remove the feet of the couch before shipping. Protect the wood bottom.
