Pick-up in South Boston. Building has private parking and cargo elevator. Easy to load. Delivery in a House in Dedham by I-95 just off Exit 16. Truck can back by entrance door. Easy to off-load. Flexible date and time.  

No stairs, sofa can be on front lawn for pickup

This quote is for a glass dining room table that has 4 matching chairs and a sofa table with a matching mirror. Not 100% sure on the weight of these items. The dining room table is 5 feet in diameter. The chairs and sofa table and mirror do not have measurements listed.  

 

Once booking is made the timeline for delivery will be set more clearly. Please call 15 mins prior to pickup arrival.  

 

Sorry no one to help load and unload. Weight is approximate based on what internet says average couch weighs.  

I don’t know the weight of the sectional. It is in 4 pieces: the loveseat (the largest), corner seat, single seat and an ottoman.  

2 week delivery timeframe is FIRM  

One sofa bed and an end table (light and easy to move). The sofa bed was brought to the apartment by Value City and they did not have to take it apart to get it into the apartment. You may have to remove the feet of the sofa to get it through the door, and to make it lighter and more manageable you may have to take the sofa part out of the couch. There is a freight elevator at pick up that we will reserve. Drop off is easy. Into a ground floor basement. Thank you.

Number/type of furniture items: 1 twin bed and box spring, 1 dining table ( Diameter 48”,Height 30"), 2 side tables (Height 24”, Width 22”; Height 28”, Width 16 1/2”), 4 chairs (Height 37", Width 21”), 1 sofa (Height 32”, Length 88”, Depth 37”), 1 paddle board (13', about 25 lbs), 2 metal drawer racks and baskets (height 4', width 2.5', depth 2.5') and about 12 boxes of various sizes (mostly 2x3s all under 35 lbs).  

- The wicker sofa shown in the photo is not being moved - The wood love seat shown in the photo is for outdoor use and is very light weight - Everything is currently in a storage unit on ground level - There is a headboard (no mattress) not shown in the photo that will be moved - I am flexible on move date - it cost $600 to move all of these things to Eugene, I can spend $700 to move them all back

Fragile shipment - sofa and tables need special attention for wrapping/protection.  

This sofa comes in 2 parts and should be relatively easy to move. We would love to have this piece arrive in Brooklyn as soon as possible.
