In garage on street level, easy to load.  

Need this entire sofa properly wrapped (preferably in plastic) but at a minimum in blanket, due to light color of the fabric. Please confirm ability to do this before bidding. Thank you!  

There is easy access for trucks at both locations, the furniture is located on the ground level at both homes. We require all the leather to be protected with blanket and/or plastic wrap. When we've moved the suite before we've wrapped the cushions up and then the frames—once you do that the different pieces are quite easy to move. I look forward to hearing from you!  

Store hours are M-F 10am to 6pm, and Saturday 11am to 6pm. Need to call before pickup. Lucite legs were removed and packed separately by seller.  

Super easy pick up and drop off, ground level. Sofa is made of foam (no wood), so lightweight and easy to transport. Don't need to worry about messing up the fabric either because it's going to be reupholstered. Just throw a blanket on top. pieces 2 small pieces can be stacked on top of the larger piece.  

The sofa weight is an estimate. I have no idea how much it weighs, but you will need 2 people to move it. We need the sofa moved to our storage unit 15 minutes away. We’d like it moved this Sunday. 9/15. Please note measurements - sofa must fit completely inside your vehicle.

Call for instructions day before delivery. I haven't yet moved into the condo but am staying down the street, 5-10 minutes away.  

Sofa dimensions - 96L X 40W x 40H Sofa needs to be wrapped in plastic or protected after it is picked up. No stair at pick up or delivery.  

The item would need to be loaded and transported. It is already wrapped. Not positive on the exact weight so this is a guess.

First floor pickup and delivery. Level entrance at pickup. Seven steps up to entrance at delivery. Flexible timing on both ends. Please ask any questions!  

Items will be packed and shipped for easy pickup. We will be here to assist on the pickup side, there may or may not be assistance on the delivery side. Bid accordingly.

Protect legs. Do not drag. Sofa needs reupholstery. So, you can stack other things on it if you like.
