Pickup is from a Sofa Manufacturer, delivery to a residence. Would like you to drop the sofa inside the house - no stairs, plenty of space through the front door.  

Large sofa. I am guessing on the dimensions. I am arranging this for a client and we would like the soonest pick up available, however the delivery date is not important. Thank you!  

 

This is a floor sample located in the Showplace complex in High Point. I'll need to coordinate getting the suite opened for pick up, so arranging a confirmed pickup day and time is crucial. Showplace so they can open the suite for access to the sofa. It can be picked up Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm except for 12-1pm when the dock is closed for lunch. It will need to be blanket wrapped. Item is being delivered into a luxury hi-rise in Charlotte with a loading dock and service elevator. Building management is available to move it into the apartment.  

 

 

Rattan is always fragile item - put a quilt on top to carry - all of the cushions are detachable -  

MUST BE DELIVERED BEFORE CHRISTMAS! Covered trailer/vehicle required and full blanket wrapping. Winning shipper is required to liaise directly with our client to schedule a suitable delivery date. Please note that we are a commercial business selling furniture across the US. Our business hours are Monday-Thursday 10am – 4.30pm, Friday 10am-12pm. We may not be able to respond to questions at any other times. In certain circumstances, we may be able to accommodate a weekend pick up if required. Please do not just show up for pick up as we are not always at our warehouse. Ensure you give us at least 1 days notice prior to pick up. Assistance will be given loading. However, we cannot guarantee assistance at delivery end. Payment will be released once we have confirmation that our client has received the shipment and is happy. Many thanks!

The sectional will come in 5 boxes. They will need to place the sectional inside the customer's home and take all packaging upon customers request. Signatures are required from receiver and carrier.

1st floor delivery into house  

No special handling. The piece needs to be completely redone. So, you can stack things on it etc.  

3 piece sofa. 52" long 38" deep 30" height. 49" long 38" deep 30" height. 31" long 38 "deep 30" height. About 25 pounds for each section (75lbs total). The site is not the greatest for pictures, but I show it all put together and then the three pieces.  

Daybed Comes apart ( Back, Base, Mattress and legs ) for easier transportation. Pickup from business with assistance but delivering to a residence . Daybed is heavy requires 2 people for residential delivery and installation. **PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE BIDDING**: -Pickup hours are Monday - Saturday 10am-7pm / Sunday 12pm-5pm - Easy loading at a business with assistance. Shipper is responsible for Blanket Wrapping of the items. - You MUST MAKE CONTACT with the delivery customer at least 24 hours in advance. If you deliver an item less than 24 hours from pickup without the customer’s approval, you will not be paid in full. - Upon Delivery please photograph the Item Delivered and email ot text me so I can release payment. - Customers should be contacted between 8am-8pm based on the delivery timezone. - Items CAN NOT be left outside unless consent is given from the customer. - An enclosed trailer, box truck, or sprinter van is required for ALL deliveries. - IF ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET, WE WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO WORK TOGETHER.
