This is a business, so it's easy to drop off during business hours, 9 to 4, Monday through Friday. If I am not there, there are workers in the back and a receptionist available only in the morning—closed weekend and evenings. Access only during weekday working hours. Sofas to go through side doors and into front window area. Access is good through double doors.

Ready now for pickup and delivery. Pickup and Delivery Days and times of days are flexible within the listing window. NO Open Transport. Must be a good communicator. Help on both ends. Dimensions are for all pieces together as pictured. Can be stacked horizontally instead which would make the dimensions 87x33x94. Boxes can be arranged differently. Please check out my other listings that will pair up nicely to Glennville GA, Morganfield KY, and Eads TN. All from the same pickup address. $1500 for all four with one pickup address!  

 

The set is located at Gallery Auctions in Houston, Texas. Set consists of 2 arm chairs, small sofa and the 4 cushions. Items will be delivered to house with only 7 steps for delivery.

I listed this sectional in pieces as it comes apart for ease of moving. It will need to be taken apart but is fairly easy. I’d appreciate each piece wrapped to protect the upholstery as it’s not a solid structure so items cannot be placed on top of the sectional. The outdoor sofa is on a second floor patio and will require two people to move. The person at the pickup location is mid-move so we will need to coordinate a specific day and time window of arrival to ensure they are home to facilitate the pick up. Super flexible on drop off date and time.  

Call before you arrive for an ETA. The sofa listed is a modular which comes apart in 4 total smaller sections. Please include moving items down the stairs and loading items into truck. Items will need be moved down from a 6th floor walkup apartment. Customer will unload items at destination.  

Will require a two person team, needs to be carefully maneuvered up 2 flights of stairs.  

 

 

Looking for a shipper with a clean truck and clean blankets to wrap this sofa in. The sofa can ride on its back like an upside down rainbow if you will to save space. Loading it will be easy, there's a dock and I can help. It's going to a home on the 1st floor with no stairs involved. I do not know if there will be help on the other end im trying to find that out now.  

 

 

 

There are 17 stairs to bring the sofa down at pick up address. Needs to be picked at 10 am on Thursday, July 17th. then delivered to Columbus same day. No stairs at the delivery address. It is a regular sofa, not a sofa bed.
