THIS LOAD HAS (1) 12 FOOT SECTIONAL SOFA, ( LARGE ) (1) 5 FOOT OTTOMAN ( 3 ) LARGE WOODEN SUNBEDS ( HEAVY ) WITH CUSHIONS , 2 LARGE WOODEN OUTDOOR TABLES AND ( 1 ) KING SIZE WOODEN BED. ITEMS MUST BE PROTECTED FROM SCRATCHES AND VERY SECURED WITH BLANKETS / TIED DOWN . THESE ITEMS WILL COMPLETELY FILL A 16 FOOT BOX TRAILER  

 

 

We are a design firm in Seattle looking to have a sofa picked up and transported to client in San Francisco. Pickup is at receivers warehouse in Seattle. Delivery is to apartment building in San Francisco with elevator. Please reach out if you have any specific questions.  

Help on both ends. Loading and unloading.  

1. Transported in a box, truck or enclosed trailer from pickup to delivery.2. BOL (E-BOL Preferred)3. PHOTOS - At Pickup & Delivery4. In-home pickup & room of choice delivery with debris removal a. Most items require 2 people to properly handle. Plan accordingly and bring help if needed.5. Blanket wrap service and/or packing/crating (including all proper materials)6. Pickup/Delivery - Standard from 8:00am - 6:00pm, unless agreed differently by customer. COMMUNICATION: 1. Within 24 hrs - Contact pickup and delivery locations to confirm booking 2. Within 24-48 hrs - Contact delivery location prior to appointment to provide arrival notice3. Customers may be contacted between 7:30am-8:30pm based on the time zone.4. Ideally delivery will be by Jan 16th Pickup from business with assistance and delivering to a receiving company. 2 people recommended on Delivery. **PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE BIDDING**: -Pickup hours are Monday - Saturday 10am-7pm / Sunday 12pm-5pm - Easy loading at a business with assistance. Shipper is responsible for Blanket Wrapping of the items. - You MUST MAKE CONTACT with the delivery customer at least 24 hours in advance. If you deliver an item less than 24 hours from pickup without the customer’s approval, you will not be paid in full. - Upon Delivery please photograph the Item Delivered and email ot text me so I can release payment. - Customers should be contacted between 8am-8pm based on the delivery timezone. - Items CAN NOT be left outside unless consent is given from the customer. - An enclosed trailer, box truck, or sprinter van is required for ALL deliveries  

Very light color. Will require it to be wrapped with shrink wrap then blanketed.

Please pick up this sofa from the residence and bring it to North Carolina. This will need to be blanket wrapped. ENCLOSED TRUCK NEEDED.

All items are blanket and plastic wrapped before pickup. Please have blankets to trade out for those used. We use professional moving blankets. They are 72" x 80", similar to those that you find at Harbor Freight. If you don't have blankets you are welcome to buy ours for $8 each. We are always happy to help load.
