Upon request and with proper notice, one person will be available to help loading the chair at pick-up address, and one person will be available to unload at delivery location.

Not a lot of stuff (one bedroom set (minus the bed) one recliner + a few miscellaneous goods. Would fit in 5-6 boxes. Mover must be willing to pack items into boxes, loaded with the furniture and moved QUICKLY. We'd like to have her set up in her new place same day. We're certainly not opposed to pit stops, gas stops, and obeying all posted traffic laws, but we tip WELL with the understanding that our time table is firm and our expectations/needs are urgent.

I bought this couch on ebay for my military home. It is completely unboxed. I need it packed and shipped. The seller strongly prefers an evening pickup time. I'm not picky about the packing method, so long as it arrives undamaged. To my home is ideal, though I can pick it up if it's shipped to a freight terminal/company. I can provide a crew to unload/move it when it arrives. Pickup is urgent. Receiving is not, if it's necessary to wait for a truckload.  

This is most of the contents of a small three bedroom home. Bed frames, mattresses, box springs, couches, dressers, mirrors, recliner, lamps, dishware, tables, chairs, etc.. Most of the items like the dishware and other possible fragile items are already wrapped and boxed, but a brief inspection and re-packing of these items would be warranted at pick-up to ensure no liability on your end. There is also a cedar chest and two rocking chairs that have high sentimental value which will require devote attention. The storage unit that these items are in is a 10'X 15' so its certainly not as much stuff as it sounds like. The final criteria is that these items upon delivery need to be unloaded by you and brought into the home as directed by the homeowner. A cash bonus will be paid on delivery of these items for prompt, professional undamaged service. Finally, these items are stored in a climate controlled warehouse with easy access for a large truck or trailer, semi's won't fit. These furnitings may be picked up anytime before the 17th of August, we just need delivery to be as close to the 18th as possible. Please email or post questions for additional info. Thx
