This is an older recliner that I had reupholstered and am sending to my cousin. The back lifts off the base, so it's in two pieces at the moment.  

Howdy! I need to move a lift chair recliner for my house three doors up to my neighbor. Once the chair is delivered, I will need to move a small sideboard from her house 3 doors down to my garage. Thank you for your consideration  

 

 

 

 

This is furniture for a Condo in Vail CO. Items will need to be picked up from La-Z-Boy warehouse in Rock Hill, SC and delivered to condo. Items will need to be carried into the condo and put in location. Items will also need to be loaded into truck at the warehouse, they will not load for you. Furniture needs to be wrapped and secured during transportation. Sizing in the reference is just a guess, it's 31 items to include a sofa, recliners, dining table, chairs, stools, two mattress and box springs. Heaviest item is 205lbs and that is the sofa.

Ottoman can be placed upside down on chair seat during transit for space efficiency. EZ loading right from my driveway onto your truck or van.  

We are a shipping company and these few pieces got buried behind a few things when we were going through Phoenix. I need someone to pick them up and bring them to PHX. I will have the 1 piece of furniture, a recliner, blanket and shrink wrapped already. I will load the items for you and can be very flexible on timing. You can come whenever.  

On the pickup side, Most items on the pickup side are on the ground floor in a garage bay. Some others like the sofa and the TV stand are in the basement (with stairs), the beds and recliner are on the 2nd floor (with stairs), the parking of your truck is on a private driveway. On the delivery side, Communication is very important since the condo complex has a code to enter and the receiving unit is empty, I must plan for someone to open the gate and door and direct your team for the placement of furniture. All items are going in a condo unit on the second floor (wide outside stair close to the unit) Don't count on anybody but your crew to carry anything on either side. I would like to have the load delivered between 9/11 and 9/21, I am flexible on the pickup date if you arrive in the windows mentioned above. Your quote/offer should reflect these constraints.  

 

Store were purchased is unable to ship to destination. Pickup will be available starting 8/29  

 

There will be assistance loading and unloading  

Basically 3-4 luggage/boxes, 1 small round dining table with its 3 chairs, Small rocking chair, 1 42" TV, Three music instruments that are in their boxes, 1 digital piano, 1 Exercise bike, 1 Recliner, small bed side table, 1 small fan, 1 small heater, 1 vacuum, 1 air filter (carpets and computer chair removed)
