There is one additional small TV. This is a small student apartment and TV console is small and study desk is very small and light weight. Desk chair is also small and light weight. Bed is full size bed with no headboard and two small nightstands. Exercise bike is the one that needs special care and handling.

ALL ITEMS ARE TO BE DELIVERED INSIDE A SINGLE-FAMILY HOME TO THE FIRST FLOOR IN MARIETTA, GA. THE DELIVERY LOCATION (SINGLE FAMILY HOME) HAS A DRIVEWAY AND A STAIR LEADING TO THE FRONT ENTRY DOOR. AT THE DROP-OFF LOCATION, ASSEMBLE BED & FRAME AND ASSEMBLE DRESSER & MIRROR ON THE FIRST FLOOR. TO CREATE SPACE FOR THE BED & FRAME BROUGHT FROM ORLANDO, A FULL-SIZE BED WITH A BOX ON A METAL FRAME (REGULAR BED – NOTHING FANCY) AND A NIGHTSTAND CURRENTLY SET ON THE FIRST FLOOR NEED TO BE MOVED TO THE SECOND FLOOR. THE COFFEE TABLE, NIGHTSTAND, AND TWO (2) END TABLES BROUGHT FROM ORLANDO; FL WILL STAY ON THE FIRST FLOOR. PICK-UP AND DELIVERY DATES ARE VERY FLEXIBLE TO MAINTAIN COST COMPETITIVENESS.
