these 2 sofas, the chair and ottoman. The sofa is on the second floor of pick up. The drop off is easy all first floor. I have many things going back to Florida ( bed frame, furniture, boxes. It would be ideal to do same shipper. The sofas can be blanket wrapped. I will have wrapped ready to go. The sofa that needs to be brought down stairs can be wrapped downstairs. I am a dealer and I would prefer to used my new clean blankets and shrink wrap. There is also this upright piano.  

Hello, these pieces of furniture belonged to my great-grandmother and my mom is giving them to me. You will pick them up at her nursing home, called Tribute at Black Hill, and deliver them to me at my home outside Chicago. Thank you

This loveseat is a sleeper sofa so it is VERY heavy but you will not need to go up or down any stairs
