I've included measurement's that are a bit more than the loveseat just to make sure. Here's the big thing: The loveseat is fragile so nothing can be put on top, and I need it wrapped. I need is blanket wrapped and also totally wrapped in that saran wrap moving stuff. Pick up is curbside. Drop off also curbside. Thanks!

When arrive in Troy - are you need to go up one straight flight of stairs. You will also need to remove two small loveseats and put them in the dumpster.  

 

Very light weight, one person can move it. Pickup and drop off at single family homes with plenty of parking for truck and trailer. I have already bagged the loose cushions.
