Meet Emily at her storage unit off Highway 22 and Maynard Rd. in Waupaca, WI. Drive to Chicago and deliver to Emma's apartment in West Town, Chicago. Use the alleyway behind Emma's apartment and bring them up the back. I am on the 3rd floor so there's 2 flights of stairs.  

Jerome's Distribution Center is only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm. Address is in Rancho Bernardo at 16960 Mesamint St, San Diego CA 92127. I WILL NEED TO MAKE YOU AN APPOINTMENT FOR PICK UP!

Pick Up is easy, can pull right up in front our shop door and we will help you load it right in. Drop off, ground floor, but there are a handful of steps to go up from the sidewalk. Two man (or women) team is recommended.  

 

Loading is very easy. Can pull right in front of our shop and we will help you load it right in. Delivery, customer says has great street parking access, he is in a building with elevator, customer request that he does not have to help unload, so two men to take it up to his floor is important. *Ready Now* Pickup is during normal business hours Monday-Friday, Delivery days and times are flexible within the window provided. NO Open transport. Must be a good communicator. Help on both ends. Loveseat,Sofa,and Chair must ride horizontally on their legs. They can not be stacked, flipped, or ride vertically. Please ask questions if you have them. Dimensions are for all six pieces together.  

Listing is for 2 deliveries. 5 pieces to Mandaree, North Dakota and 1 large mirror to Wilson, WY. The North Dakota is for a sofa, loveseat, 2 chairs and coffee table. Flexible pickup and delivery. Driver needs a total of 12 blankets to wrap all 5 pieces in full. Please note the warehouse will NOT release these 5 pieces unless you bring 12 blankets. The mirror is already wrapped. It's 90 inches long x 60" inches tall. The width of the box is 6".  

I can bring it to your freight terminal. Delivery is to a residence, no stairs.
