Pick up point is a gated community.  

 

 

 

820 square foot two bedroom apt there is an entertainment center 3 pieces are 7 foot long 3 , 3 seat sofas ,dining room cabinet three piece wall unit 6 ft high 2 big coffe tables, 1 queen bed 2 night tables, 2 small dining tables with 7 chairs .two armoires 1 6 ft long dresser, 1 work bench is the bulk furniture & maybe 50 boxes small to large  

 

 

 

You are only moving our queen bed a toddler bed an entertainment center, a few boxes, a computer chair, a shoe rack & maybe a 55" TV  

 

 

Upon delivery of Air Hockey Table we have several household items to move around. Large leather couch, entertainment center, etc. Less than 1 hour expected.  

 

 

 

 

I myself will be present during both pickup and delivery and I can be an active helper if needed. On Saturday no pickup/delivery after 3pm. Sunday AM is good. I think the stuff should fit in an empty cargo van but please check. I plan to rent out a van in absence of a good bid. The pickup is on ground level and the delivery is 1 floor up. Your vehicle info, timing, and number of people will be helpful in assessing your bids.
